Arsho Medical Laboratories is a registered trademark of a private diagnostic laboratory practices in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. AML is focused on delivering quality diagnostic testing in the most cost effective way.

Currently AML take a good percentage share of the private Medical laboratory market in Ethiopia.

Organization Structure

Arsho Medical Laboratory is led by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) supported by an Executive Board and Organizational management structure.

The Management Group consists of the CEO and executives responsible for the collections Medical Directors, Laboratory Director, Finance & Admin Director, Quality Manager, Operation Manager, Safety Officer, Branch Managers IT Manager, and Marketing Group. The Organization Chart of the Company with a particular emphasis on the technical wing is attached herewith.

A Board of Directors ensures control of the executives and management group. The Board consists of three members/Company Owners/.

The geographical area served by Arsho Med. Lab is distributed in Addis Ababa Sub-Cities – Arada, Addis Ketema, Bole, Kirkos and Yeka– all are managed by Branch Managers and supervised by the Lab Director and Finance & Admin Manager.
